Tedra K. Armstrong, CPA

Tedra K. Armstrong, CPA, is a manager of accounting and auditing services with FMC, providing a wide range of professional services to a diverse group of businesses and individuals throughout the United States. Tedra received her Bachelor of Business Administration (1994) and Master of Accountancy (1995) degrees from Belmont University. She was previously employed as a compliance auditor with the Tennessee Regulatory Authority (formerly Tennessee Public Service Commission), while completing courses to obtain her Master's degree. Tedra joined FMC in January 1996.

Tedra is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is active in the music program at her local church.

Ashley R. Ferrell, CPA

Ashley R. Ferrell, CPA, has over 19 years of experience providing a wide range of professional services to a diverse group of businesses and individuals throughout the United States. Ashley received his Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University in 1987. He is also an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, he was a member of the audit staff of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP for six years in Morehead City, North Carolina. Ashley joined FMC in August 1993.

Ashley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His civic involvement is concentrated on his local church and the Franklin (TN) Baseball Club.

Dawn M. Friton, CPS

Dawn M. Friton, CPS, is the office manager for FMC. She provides a variety of administrative functions including bookkeeping, supervision of the administrative staff and computer consulting to the firm. Dawn is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from David Lipscomb University in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in office management. She also became a Certified Professional Secretary in 1995. Dawn joined FMC in January 1996.

Dawn is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Her civic involvement includes United Cerebral Palsy, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Hands on Nashville and her local church.

Janet L. Jones, CPA

Janet L. Jones, CPA, is a manager of accounting and auditing services with FMC, providing professional services, including auditing, accounting assistance, tax planning and compliance, and advisory consulting to a diverse group of businesses and individuals. Janet graduated from David Lipscomb University in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in professional accountancy. While completing her college education, Janet worked as an intern at Ernst and Young, LLP. She also held an internship position with the tax compliance group at Willis North America. Janet joined FMC in January 1998.

Janet is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Her civic involvement includes serving as Treasurer of Dickson County Athletic Booster Club and working in various programs in her local church.

Gwendolyn D. Miles, CPA

Gwendolyn D. Miles, CPA, has provided clients with tax planning, business consulting and tax compliance services for over 10 years. Gwen, as tax manager, works with a variety of individuals, fiduciaries and a diverse group of businesses.

Gwen graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation, Gwen was a member of the tax staff of Arthur Andersen, LLP, for three and a half years in the Chattanooga and Nashville, Tennessee offices. She joined FMC in February 2000.

Gwen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Page L. Robble, CPA, is a senior manager of accounting and auditing services with FMC. He joined the FMC team in January 1995 as a staff accountant and has over 10 years of experience providing professional services, including advisory consulting, auditing, accounting assistance, internal auditing and tax, to a diverse group of businesses operating in a variety of industries throughout the United States. Page is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Birmingham-Southern College (1994) and attended David Lipscomb University for post-graduate studies.
