Jerry
W. Faulkner, CPA
Jerry W. Faulkner, CPA, has over 28 years of experience
providing a wide range of professional services
to a diverse group of businesses and individuals
throughout the United States. Jerry received his
Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee
State University in 1975. After graduation, he was
a member of the audit staff of Ernst & Young,
LLP, for ten years in the Nashville office. He then
served as the chief financial officer of an insurance
company for two years before returning to public
practice in late 1987. Jerry co-founded FMC in January
1988.
Jerry
is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified
Public Accountants, and the Institute of Internal
Auditors. His civic involvement is concentrated
on the Rotary Club of Green Hills (Nashville), the
March of Dimes, the Share Your Life Foundation,
and the Nashville Rescue Mission. Jerry is also
active with his local church.

John
M. Mackie, CPA
John M. Mackie, CPA, has over 26 years of experience
providing a wide range of professional services
to a diverse group of businesses and individuals
throughout the United States. John received his
Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological
University in 1977. After graduation, he was a member
of the audit staff of Ernst & Young, LLP, for
six years in the Nashville office. He then functioned
as a sole proprietor for four years, primarily consulting
with large, corporate clients on a contract basis,
while working as the chief financial officer and
general manager of his family's wholesale distribution
business. John elected to re-join a group CPA practice
by co-founding FMC in January 1988.
John
is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of
Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member
of the Greater Nashville Athletic Club and the Green
Hills YMCA. His civic involvement is concentrated
on selected non-profit organizations in middle Tennessee
and promoting arts education and the exhibition
of visual arts in the community.

David
A. Cochran, CPA
David A. Cochran, CPA, has over 20 years of experience
in many areas of business consulting with an emphasis
in taxation. David received his Bachelor of Science
degree with honors from Lipscomb University in 1983.
Before joining FMC in 1989, he was with the international
accounting firm of Arthur Andersen in the Nashville
and Chattanooga, Tennessee offices. David became
a co-owner of FMC in January 1993.
David
is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of
Certified Public Accountants. David has spoken before
the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants,
professional associations, and has prepared and
taught seminars for various organizations. David
has been qualified as an expert in the Federal United
States District Court for the Middle District of
Tennessee. He has been involved with several civic
organizations including serving as a board member
and treasurer of United Cerebral Palsy of Middle
Tennessee. David is also extensively involved in
youth athletics in the middle Tennessee area.
